Explosion-proof industrial vacuum system




Challenge
Develop a high-capacity vacuum system for combustible sugar dust that could maintain reliable airflow while meeting strict explosion-protection, structural-safety, and industrial-maintenance requirements.
What we did
Designed the filtration system, separator, blower configuration, controls, and service platform. CFD and structural simulations informed airflow performance, component selection, and resistance to internal explosion loads.
Outcome
Delivered a manufacturing-ready, ATEX-aligned system with antistatic filtration, explosion-protected electronics, accessible maintenance features, and complete engineering documentation.
